What should I wear and bring to a yoga class?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a wide range of movement. Most importantly, bring an open mind and a positive attitude. We rent manduka yoga mats, and yogitoes towels. Or bring your own!

How do I choose the right class for me?
Our class schedule offers a variety of styles and levels to cater to different preferences and experience levels. If you're unsure which class is right for you, feel free to reach out to our instructors or staff for guidance. We're here to help you find the perfect fit.

Is it okay if I'm not flexible or have physical limitations?
Absolutely! Yoga is a practice that can help improve flexibility and strength over time. Our instructors are trained to offer modifications and adjustments to accommodate individuals with physical limitations. Please inform your instructor of any concerns or injuries before the class.

Do I need to book a class in advance?
While drop-ins are welcome, we recommend booking your classes in advance as our space is limited, especially during peak times, to secure your spot. You can easily book classes through our website or by contacting our studio directly.

What can I expect from my first yoga class?
Your first class may involve a brief introduction, some basic poses, and an emphasis on proper alignment and breath. It's a great opportunity to get a feel for the practice and our studio environment. Most importantly, come with an open heart and an open mind.

Are all your classes heated?
We have both heated and unheated classes. The Waves and Sculpt classes are heated from 90-98° with airflow. Yin and Restorative classes are not heated.

How do I pay for classes and packages?
We offer various payment options, including single class drop-ins, class packages, and memberships. You can make payments securely through our website, or you can inquire about in-studio payment methods.
