Our Classes
Waves 1
A lightly heated foundational class with elements of vinyasa and hatha yoga. A slower paced class great for beginners and all levels that want to focus more on grounding.
Waves 2
A heated vinyasa class geared toward all levels. Sweat and surrender into the challenge. Leave class feeling satisfied and relaxed.
Sculpt
A workout like no other. This class includes weights & resistance bands. Sculpt focusses on toning and lengthening the body while practicing a mindful presence with every sensation.
Yin
Long hold restorative and nurturing postures. MFR may be included. This class is an incredible way to decompress and rejuvenate hard working bodies.
